i have BPH how can i stop prostate enlarging,does sexual intercourse affect on it,what is the best sex period?

if sexual intercourse affect on prostate gland enlargement ,i don`t know the best distance between each having sex.is there any food or fruit harmful for? what is the best way to get rid of it , take medicine or surgery?
